Here we are at the first episode of “Navigating the New Normal in the International Workplace” of 2021, as well as the fifth of the now well-known podcast series conducted by Michele and Len.

They had the opportunity to interview the two partners of FMA Mexico: José Valle Manchaca (founder of Staffbridge) and Estela Michel (General Manager of Staffbridge).

Given the multicultural audience of “The Global Advocate Career Podcast” in this episode there is a great novelty: thanks to Michele’s surprising command of the Spanish language, the interview was carried out partly in English and partly in Spanish.
