“ Hire not just to fill the position you need today, but be proactive and hire the leader you will need to get the job done tomorrow ”

“The positions within the team have been filled and there is no need to continue to spend time looking for talents.” is the normal attitude of HR managers when it comes to recruitment.

In many companies, we often take it for granted that employees can naturally grow to take future responsibilities with continuous internal trainings. However, it is also a fact that some people will no longer be competent to face the work challenges in the future.

The most effective way to resolve this contradiction is to continuously recruit excellent people.

When the business expands 2 to 3 times, it can be maintained through continuous improvement of existing personnel’s capabilities. However, when the business is expanded to 10 times or more, it must rely on recruiting new people to achieve.

On this basis, recruit talents with a future-oriented perspective, every manager of the company needs to continuously ask himself/ herself three questions:

  1. What is the problem our team will be facing in the soon future?
  2. How much time needs to be taken to solve this problem?
  3. Who will be assigned to complete this mission successfully?

We are proud to be there!

We are sure we will!
