Samer is heavily involved in various ventures and startups and works closely with founders to educate them on scalability, modern methods and approaches, and actionable data to ensure successful outcomes and meet aspirations.

In 2020, Samer founded Unicorn Lab, a venture studio in Jordan, intending to nurture startups to become the region's next unicorn.
