During his free time, Samer embraces the beauty of mindfulness and meditation, allowing himself to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether it's savoring the rich flavors of Italian cuisine or marveling at the historic landmarks in France, Samer always seeks new experiences to enrich his life. He finds joy in his family, passions, and hobbies and lives life to the fullest.
Samer holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on general studies. He is bilingual and fluent in both English and Arabic. During his time at Jordan University, the individual also participated in various social activities and community service projects. These experiences enriched his college experience, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth beyond the classroom.
Samer is a dynamic Managing Director with over 15 years of experience recruiting top talent, transforming HR practices, and managing strategic partnerships. Throughout his successful career, Samer has gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of business formation, operation, finance, and management. Samer is heavily involved in various ventures and startups and works closely with founders to educate them on scalability, modern methods and approaches, and actionable data to ensure successful outcomes and meet aspirations.
Samer is a Business Advisor at Fruitful Day, a Startup Mentor at EBRD, and Brinc MENA. In 2020, Samer founded Unicorn Lab, a venture studio in Jordan, intending to nurture startups to become the region's next unicorn. Samer’s vision is to provide exceptional founders with capital, operational support, and access to world-class resources to help them reach their full potential and change the world.
